We enjoyed our stay. I appreciate rooms are small in the UK, so expect that. It was clean and we had a/c in the heat wave!

The room was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful (providing map, directions, recommendations of where to eat, carrying my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs for me, storing my luggage pre and post stay) and the location was great, very conveniently located near Paddington station and near places to eat and shop.
It is in a very pretty street with trees and grass through the middle of the street and beautiful buildings on each side of the street.
My only concern was how tiny the room and ensuite bathroom were. There was almost no room to step once I put my luggage and bags down. There was very little room in the ensuite, which was basically a small cupboard, not even enough leg room to sit on the toilet! I had to keep the ensuite door open to be able to fit on the toilet and I still managed to bang and bruise my knee every time.
I am glad I had repacked my suitcase the night before my stay here, ready for my long flight home the following day, as there would not have been the required space in this room to lay everything out and organise it properly.
I am fairly short and slim. If I had a higher BMI or was tall, I don't think this room or ensuite would have worked for me.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were small but clean. We had booked 2 twin rooms and one room was significantly smaller than the other even though they were both the same price. The smaller room was difficult to maneuver with 2 adults. The hotel was extremely close to the Paddington train station and all of the stores for food and snacks.

Perfect for my two night stay. The front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
