Luxury and comfort in an old building in Old Montreal, with all the modern comforts for a nice stay. They offer freshly made coffee (espresso, macchiato, cappuccino) and teas for FREE any time. The breakfast is pretty good. And the toiletries provided are SANTAL 33!!!!
We will definitely come back.

We had an awesome stay at Le Petit Hotel. First, our room was so quiet. We slept like babies even though the hotel is right on Rue St Paul. Second, the bed was super comfy. Third, the shower was hot with a strong stream. Fourth, the breakfast was yummy and kept us full all day. Fifth, the people working were so nice and accommodating. And lastly, we absolutely loved the free coffee, and spent much time sipping cappuccinos while people watching in comfy chairs looking out the lobby windows. We will absolutely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at le petit hotel, they have the most polite staff, very clean rooms, and a welcoming; tourist friendly atmosphere. The hotel is very small and quiet, providing a safe and tranquil enviroment for guests and the room layouts make you feel as if you were staying in a historic montreal townhouse with modernized amenities.

Loved the staff, the room and the ambiance. Only frustrating thing was I needed to leave for an early appointment and was told we couldn’t get car from valet parking before 8 am and I had to pay a very expensive Uber to get to my appointment in order to leave by 7:30 am

A small boutique hotel in a great location. Our room was small but wonderful, it had a comfortable king bed, great pillows, nice lighting, and an exposed old stone wall. The bathroom was compact but had a lovely shower panel fixture we now want one at home. A Nice continental breakfast was available every morning between 8 and10. Coffee was always available, delicious coffee! 3 blocks from the Metro, we never needed a taxi or Uber. We will stay here again.

Excellent rooms for the price and in an amazing location in Vieux Montreal. Complimentary breakfast was a bit blah, so would not go for that. In all other respects, would highly rate it.

While the front desk person was super nice but dealing with heating /cooling system would not work easily and at 11:30 at night one is not inclined to call down to the front desk. I spent a too hot night with the fan on. There should be instructions to every room so every person can actually USE THE SYSTEM. Especially annoying as the windows don't open. Also, the parking garage we were sent to (NO valet parking) was a disaster - we could not pay (the kiosks were both not working) so we got stuck in the garage for half an hour behind the gate. This may not sound like the hotel's problem but we were told where to park very specifically. Other than that the hotel is not bad but the rooms lack charm and are kind of harsh and unattractive. The room WAS clean and so was the bathroom.

This is a great boutique hotel in Old Montreal area full of dining options. Super friendly staff and with no questions just checked us in early morning having come directly from the airport.
Rooms were clean with a very good all over shower. Not the biggest or with any view. Bed was king but has an annoying protruding base that I walked into a few times.
Breakfast was fresh but could probably rotate with some choices. Most items and pastries ran out early on Xmas morning. The staff work hard to manage reception and make coffee shop quality lattes/espresso at your request. Later than normal noon checkout too. Well recommended.

My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel. Excellent service from all the employees and the room was very nice and comfortable.

Great location and mostly friendly staff. Nice to have a free breakfast even if quite simple.
Bed needs replacing as more like a hammock not a bed, sunk in middle on both sides. Noisy at night with pub or nightclub right outside our room and near busy Street side of hotel.
Overall good value for what we paid

Concierge was very helpful when I inquired about dining options.
A couple of things to be mindful about is that there is a charge to park your car with the hotel. This wasn’t disclosed with Expedia. Also, if you want your room cleaned you need advise the concierge in the morning otherwise it won’t be done. Overall, great hotel! I’d stay there again!

Great location with an excellent staff. Courtesy espresso bar is a nice touch. Breakfast has the famous Montreal bagels from Saint Viateur’s. Restaurants Barroco, Les Pyrenees, The Wolf and Workman are all absolutely superb and so many others nearby.

We got the large room. It was absolutely incredible. The windows opened it felt so vintage and European inside and out of the mini balcony. Clean and the bed and pillows were so comfy!! Perfect spot to walk to restaurants and tourist attractions (notre dame and the pier). Recommend going to monarque restaurant. Cafe across the street is super cute and their coffee is great! Would come back again!!

This property was perfect for before or after a cruise. It is 6 short blocks from the cruise terminal...and very walkable.
One block from Hop-On, Hop-Off bus. On a busy shopping street with restaurants and cafes.

It is a super nice place and people. It needs to have extra towels and pillows, though. We would go again.
