Very pleasant hotel at a great location in Montreal. Close to St Catherine street with lots of stores and restaurants. Also close to some beautiful churches. The only negative point is the price they charge for parking, 40CAD, excessive for the area.

Your hotel was one of my favourite places in Montréal; however, things have changed; without the great restaurant, regular maintenance service, and trained personnel, the 5 star is in decline; it is still very good, but unless things get under control, with a reputable restaurant, stars will fall.

Very disappointing. I booked two rooms. There was no information disclosed about the pool being out of service which was one of the main amenities I was looking for in a hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed. The location is not convenient to outside dining except for a French dining restaurant two blocks away. Breakfast was served until 10:30 but at a cost. I know this because the manager offered free breakfast coupons after I expressed my unhappiness about the pool closure. I told him I don't eat breakfast and it certainly wasn't a compensation for no amenities. There was a gym that could hold three people. The cost of the rooms are extremely high as are the snacks if you want to eat the ones furnished in the room $9 for a trailmix. It would take a lot of changes for me to go back. I will recommend The Bonaventura hotel down the road. Our stay there in January was great.

Staff were very nice. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Nice and clean. They even provided robes to use for the pool. Heated outdoor pool was lovely. Great location. Very walkable to many yummy restaurants and cafes. Plenty of shopping as well. They do have valet but also there was a garage close around the corner if you prefer to self park.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is nice however the bathroom layout in our room is awkward. The shower is directly beside the toilet and makes getting in and out very tight. The breakfast is ok but the price for it is a lot for what you get. The location is great as it is close to shopping and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is really nice. Overall I would say this is a solid 4 star hotel.

Noisy air conditioning that abruptly starts and stops. Also noisy neighbours with kids screaming.
Also will charge $60 for extra hour for late checkout which is hard for frequent fliers.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, rooms were gorgeous, extremely clean and very fancy. The staff at the front were most definitely giving me judgment as my credit card had hey to be activated and wasn’t going through for the hold. I know they spoke about me in french in front of me commenting on how they could smell marijuana on me as I am a medical user. Aside from this awkward check in, I had a 10/10 experience.

Quality is not the same as on pictures. Can’t cancel the reservation or change. And stuff is not trained. Another hotel just on the corner much better for the same prise.

The hotel is clean, very quiet and the staff is nice. It seems though like the house keeping staff is a bit confused : Somebody tried to come clean as soon as Ii had arrived although I had put the Do not disturb sign. Then on Sunday at 10 am, I let the housekeeper know I was leaving for a few hours and that she could clean the room asap. Upon my return at 3 nothing had been done. It was not necessarily needed since i still had plenty of towels , etc but still I mentioned it to the front desk Overall, it is a great hotel and I plan to return.

Valet service was great (that’s an extra fee), the floor I stayed was quiet (although we could hear people talking in the corridor or if you’re in front of a room you could hear the people talk), the outside heated pool was amazing, staff was good.

Extremely noisy room. I could not sleep at all because noise from the street. I complained to the front desk, I said your rooms not better sound proofed but said that they are!!!

Hotel advertised the room had a king size bed and it was not, we have a king size for our bedroom and I fit in oursi, I'm 6ft and the hotels bed did not fit me. And the room we had has no blackout drapes, considering it's a suite
