The hotel appears new and pretty well maintained. Our room bathtub was not clean to my preferences but I always pack with my own cleaning supplies. Our server at breakfast, Cici, was very kind and helpful. My one major complaint I have was the hotel not having quarters available for the washer and dryer that is on property. If the machines are on site, we should be able to get quarters.

Stay was good but billing was and still is a sore point

The hotel itself was good. However the guest service person was literally yelling profanity with another employee in front of us and other guests. It was very uncomfortable for us all. I am extremely disappointed with this.

It was ok not dirty not exactly cleaned top notch. Convenient near the airport and fair prices.

Waited 30 mins for shuttle at airport and then it never picked me up. Ended up unerring to hotel.

I was concerned at first because I read they had no hot water. If that was correct, that problem was fixed. Hot water was not an issue at all. All in all, great stay.

Terrible service. Hotel Clerk was rude. She did not want to do any more then she had to.. She did not try and accommodate our team.. We did not even stay here at Hotel. We ended up booking another hotel across street at Comfort Inn... I will be demanding refund because we did not stay.

We loved the massive size of our room, cleanliness, quietness, and closeness to the airport. The young lady at the front desk was very generous with our check-out time after our flight was delayed and really made our day (and trip) so much better! 100% recommend,

No Shuttle to airport as advertised. 2 towels for 3 people. Hot water was marginal at best. Pizza was left in refrigerator that wasn't ours. Host looked more like a shuttle driver than manager. Was not friendly at all. Probably would would not return.

Clean property, good location although there wasnt a side walk to walk on. Took a while to check in, but the room was clean and only small blemishes. No hot water, only semi warm water. Overall a good nights sleep though.

Unfortunately the free shuttle was not available when we arrived. Edwin was very apologetic about the unexpected issue. Once we arrived, Edwin was very friendly and accommodating. We discovered that some our belongings got wet and Edwin helped out out with letting us buy quarters for the dryer.
The next morning, Michael was able to return us to the airport and dropped us off where we requested l. He was very personable and pleasant to talk with.
We were only there for one night, but would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Cece in the restaurant is amazing, we were greeted and taken care of so well at breakfast. You can tell she loves her job!
