Had a great experience. Rooms were nice. Customer service was great. It was nice to see they served breakfast when a lot of other hotels have stopped since the pandemic. It was really good. Plan on staying there a lot more

Very spacious lobby. Breakfast was great and plenty of places to sit down. It rained the days that we were there and the electricity went out for an hour. Great location and easy access to the freeway. Beds were a little firm and our AC unit sounded like it might go out at any moment. I'd still stay here again.

Due to our schedule on this trip we were gone thru the nights and slept through the days. Because of this the hotel was unable to clean our room over the 3 day stay because it conflicted with the housekeeping schedule. We spoke to the GM to try to resolve this and she flat out told us there was nothing she would do to make arrangements to clean our room while we were gone and that is normal for hotels to not have housekeeping on site after 3pm to clean rooms. It was also a struggle communicating with the staff as most of them could not speak or understand English.

We had a very nice two night stay and felt very cared for. The desk staff were very helpful, our room was well prepared for us, and the breakfast staff was well prepared with great food and quick replenishment of the food and drinks. Thank you to the management.

Lots of unattended kids running around due to soccer travel tournament. Lots of noise woke us up at 6am

There were fake nails on the carpet of our room, a full set and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t use it.

Our stay was nice. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. My only complaints are definitely "first-world problems". The digital key was never sent to my phone and the tv remote didn't work well. However, we will more than likely stay here again on our next trip to the area. My son's sports team stays here every year for a competition.

The place was clean and perfect for our family of 3. I would just say when booking call in advance and ask if there is a soccer tournament in town. There were several soccer traveling teams at the hotel which made it extremely busy, nosey, and tons of foot traffic.

Our room was ok, but no microwave, mold on bathroom vent. Front desk personnel not attentive both checking in and checking out, very poor. The breakfast was great! The only thing that saved the two night stay!

Tina in food service should get a hand clap for going out of her way even when one of her fellow employees kept telling me where the microwave was. She still put my bacon in the microwave that I did not see and took all the grease off of it.

Everyone was friendly, the entire property was immaculate. The only issue we had was that the keys kept getting deactivated. Luckily, the staff was friendly enough to make up for the trips to the front desk.
