We booked a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed. Upon checking in at 10:20 pm, they told us they did not have that room type available and that we would have to either cancel our reservation and find another room somewhere else or get another room to accommodate our family! They blamed it on booking through a third party, which has never happened to us anywhere before. So I guess here’s to Hotels.com promoting this hotel! To make things worse, the AC in the other room we had to book was not working properly. So overall, one of the worst hotel experiences we had!

Horrendous stay. The staff was the only saving grace, as they were kind and professional.
I don't think anyone in the hotel slept through the night full of fire alarms. We got a bonus alarm in the morning, too.
The carpets were stained, linens stained, and room was situated next to an auxiliary exit with what very well may be the loudest slamming door this side of the Mississippi.
A whirlwind trip for an out of state funeral ended up being made just a little bit worse by this stay.
I'm sorry I spent money for a room in which I could not rest.

The fire alarm went off 3 different times in the middle of the night for hours. Couldn’t get any sleep the last night. Had to go outside 2 times.

Very clean, well furnished, spacious suite with a living room and bedroom with a door. It’s in a quiet area.

When I bought beer and asked the front desk staff for a bottle opener, a young employee tried to lend it to me, but a senior employee took it back, saying that there was only one bottle opener in the hotel and that he could not lend it to the room. Even if I offered to use it for just an hour, he refused. I have traveled to hotels in many countries around the world, but this was my first time experiencing such a situation, and it was so absurd.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was so clean and beautiful!! There was nothing that we could have asked to be better here. Thank you for having such a clean and comfortable for my daughter, her friends and myself to stay for the night!! We would love to stay here again sometime!!!

I needed somewhere to stay until my house HVAC unit was fixed. I booked Hyatt Place in KoP because of the reasonable rate and location. The front desk staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, cozy and spacious. The free breakfast was delightful with tons of options and the coffee was delicious. Also, as an added bonus - I mentioned to front desk staff about it being my birthday. To my surprise a few hours later a lovely staff member knocked on my room door with the cutest birthday surprise - balloon, wine, chocolates and Kiehls samples. Totally unexpected and was so nice of them. If you are traveling for work or pleasure you should definitely stay here!

The hotel was very clean and modern, friendly staff and loved that the location was private. The breakfast was very good and clean area. Only bummer was that the pool was closed due to maintenance and there was no hot tub as advertised. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay!

The gentleman at check-in spoke with a volume that was very difficult to understand. I had several questions which he did not know the answer to. Instead of attempting to get answers, he fabricated an answer to one and told me there was not an answer to another. I asked if there was an allergen menu for the breakfast bar. He just said there was no way of doing that. I asked if I could figure that out with someone in the morning and he said maybe. (One of my children has major food allergies) My other question was about the pool hours. He responded by saying they were 10am-7pm. When we went to check out the pool we found a sign that read the pool was closed for maintenance. Honestly we would have appreciated that information RIGHT away. Then the hours for the pool on the door read 8-10 I believe. Besides that, everything was pretty great.

I'll never ever in my life stay here again. This place has the worst wifi connection I've ever seen. I've been to hundred of hotels for work, and this is the worst place I've been to. 1/10

This hotel is fine for a few nights for business. Hotel staff was pleasant, room was fine (carpets could use a little cleaning), hallways a little dingy.
Noise levels were minimal, pool was a nice touch, gym equipment could use some attention.

I was highly disappointed when we arrived and found out there is no longer a pool or spa. This is the reason I selected this hotel over others. The rooms are not up to date. There are no microwaves in the room and the one microwave they have is broken. Staff is aware but nothing is being done about it. They also do not have usb and plugs in the room. The sink was clogged in our room. The water pressure was terrible and the water doesn’t get very warm.
Typically I wouldn’t even complain, but this was a special celebratory vacation.

The room was relatively clean but bathroom floor was dirty look like a mop had never been used on it. The breakfast offer didn’t have a lot of options.
