This is like having your own loft in Paris. Nice option outside of the hotel. Stayed with my son and we had ample space and it felt like home!

My only complaint was that our loft (facing St Vincent) was so loud due to a nightclub or something like that that made us feel we were at the party. No one could sleep! But all else was perfect. Easy valet parking.

Staffs were extremely friendly as this is our first time in Montreal. Place was tidy and cozy. Lots of amazing things around our stay as well! Highly recommend for privacy and comfort.

Stayed at the loft. Just gorgeous and excellant location.

Nice historical feelings

The Lofts were separate from the main hotel, but were really nice and walkable to everything in Old Town.

The lofts are not in the same building as the hotel but are spacious and give you the feel of a private apartment. We enjoyed the space and would recommend to others. Note that they are located above a restaurant so there is some ambient noise while it is open.

Centrally located. The loft was not located in the hotel but across the street. It was very spacious and the small kitchen was great for snacks etc. The only down side was there was no elevator. Climbing 5 flights of stairs after a long day was not ideal. They do help with luggage.

We stayed in a loft apartment for 3 nights and our stay was wonderful.
Check in is at the hotel where the staff was friendly and helpful. They dropped us in our car at the apartment then valet parked the car. The accommodations were clean, roomy and stylish. The location was very convenient.
The only thing to note for those with mobility issues is the lack of elevators but we did not find it to be an issue.
I cannot say enough good things about our stay and would absolutely stay again as well as recommend to friends and family.

We stayed at the apartment. Super spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. A bit noisy, at times. Excellent location. The staff was very nice and helpful. Maude's recommendations were excellent.

What a perfect place to stay in Old Montreal! Full kitchen, spacious suite and fabulous location. No elevator, no problem, we got our exercise! Pleased to hear valet parking as well.

Would have been a five star with an excellent room, but had to climb 57 steps.

The room was homey and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved people watching as the windows were right at the corner of the main strip. We were on the 4th floor and were helped with our bags both arriving and leaving which was great since there is no elevator.
If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The street and restaurant noise goes until 2 or 3 am and starts again around 7:30am.
We were disappointed that the VIP Access was not honored or mentioned. We had to go back to the main building because our room phone was not working and we wouldn't get an answer when calling from our cell. We asked about VIP and the phone. The desk attendant didn't know what VIP access we were talking about and told us we probably just didn't know how to use the phone and to hit the zero. No matter what you hit there was only a fast busy. We had to walk down everytime we needed supplies and on the last day to ask for assistance with the bags and again mentioned the phone. We were told it probably wasn't charged.
Minor things that should have been taken care of, but it was still a wonderful stay. We loved the location to sights, restaurants, shopping and the spa at the William Gray. All in all it was a good experience.

The property is in a great area although if your room is facing the pedestrian street it's very loud at night. We had a loft facing an office building which wasn't charming but it was very quiet. Upstairs the loft bedroom has a terrifying landing step before you get to the staircase leading to the bathroom which is impossible to see at night!

We stayed at the Deluxe loft at the top level & it was wonderful. Keep in mind that this loft is at another building very short walk from the main building & several slights of stairs which we didn’t mind but anyone that may have issues with climbing stairs may be a problem. But the loft was amazing, beds comfortable, shower and bath tub was great. Very quiet room considering we were facing the pedestrian side. Perfect for romantic getaway or small family stay as it had a full kitchen, dining table & living room area.

Wonderful location, loft was great.

The lofts are well-appointed for a week-long stay and in a great old town location but my expectations were not met, especially with regard to the tarif. The lofts were very noisy - not from the street outside, but from doors slamming in the corridor. This, combined with a very uncomfortable bed, made it hard to sleep. The kitchen area was poorly lit and a little shabby.

Really nice and spacious loft style rooms. Internet was not secure. The lofts do not have daily housekeeping which came as a surprise. The website does not make this clear when booking. Not a major inconvenience though.

We were supposed to arrive very late Thursday evening (09/21/23). The entire stay was already paid for. I spoke with the hotel staff on Thursday and made sure they could set up the extra bed and give extra towels to us for the room in which they responded they would have the room made up for us upon arrival. We missed our flight Thursday night due to a family emergency and arrived early Friday morning. When we arrived we were told they gave our room away (which was paid for in full) and that we could not check in until the next room became available. Luckily for us, by Friday afternoon there was a room for us but that doesn’t justify the fact that I paid hundreds of dollars for my room Thursday night which they double booked and gave to someone else and DID not refund me the money for that night. I’m not sure how it works in Canada, but in America if you've prepaid for your room, it is guaranteed and the hotel must give you the room you paid for, even if you show up late or they refund you the money for that night.

This is a beautiful hotel! We stayed in a separate building having booked a loft. It was in a perfect location! Surrounded by food and beautiful architecture. We were upgraded to a larger loft and it was amazing! Huge! We wanted to stay longer.
Everything was very clean, user friendly and the staff was amazing!

Excellent accommodations in the heart of Old Montreal. Many venues and restaurants within a minutes walk. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. They checked in with us prior to our arrival and were very friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this property

Overall is good but the person who stayed on my top of room have walking at mid night so footstep noise are loud otherwise all awesome.

Pros: good for short staying, 1-2 days. Close to many travel spot, staffs provide many help, need anything they can solve most problem. Many famous travel spot nearby within a short walk(5-15mins).
Cons: if you drive your own car here, although staff will help you park in their spot and will drive your vehicle to your place when needed(they will charge for parking), still feel inconvenient and traffic not easy. If you are easily awake by tiny sound, you may not have a good sleep.

Beauty location, incredible staff
