The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, the main issue with the hotel is the centralised air conditioning system meaning the entire building is kept at 21 degrees. This meant the room was a little too hot for sleeping and it would have been beneficial to have control of the temperature. Apart from that, no complaints and would highly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Innsbruck. The bus stop beside the hotel is extremely handy for a bus into the centre which runs regularly.

The rooms and staff were great tho the AC was a challenge. Hotel controls the temperature. We were there during the record heat wave so they get a pass as Europeans dont normally see those temps in June. The hotel is close to public transport and if you stay 2 nights or more you can get a pass to ride in Innsbruck. The breakfast buffet is good and the facility is nice. My only complaint is they have this
great restaurant and only 1 cook. I was told it was just our dumb luck he was off when we were there. We had been traveling all day in 98 degree weather and starving. To tired to go out and all they had to offer was pizza one step above a frozen one. Come on Hilton hire another cook!

We arrived early but the receptionist did an excellent job in making us welcome and helping us to find our way around the city. The breakfast was good, with no complaints.
The room was not so good the air conditioning was taped off and the only option was on at the preset temperature or off. It wasn’t even possible to quieten the fan at night so you have to live with the noise or turn it off and open the window. The sink plug was also broken and it was quite obvious that it was, it seems ridiculous that it hadn’t been repaired.
