La atención de la recepcionista. Súper agradable y siempre con una sonrisa dispuesta a ayudar

La ubicación, las vistas ,cerca de la pistas y los comercios y el entorno. El personal súper amable. Sábanas y toallas incluidas en el precio.

El piso necesita una limpieza más al fondo...había mucho polvo.

Excellent location. Quiet area. Fully equipped room -- even vacuum cleaner, dish washing machine, electric kettle. Own beautiful forest park right under hotel building, with lawn, picnic tables, century-old trees and majestic views.

the entry ramp was very steep and they are not good at keeping it clear of snow, so we needed chains just to get out of the hotel into the road ( the road was perfectly clean). Very dangerous also to walk down there with the ice. They had a problem with the electric system, which turned into no hot water and warning of no heating. They simply offered us to leave early and reimburse us for the rest of the stay, but no compensation for ruining our holiday. Luckily in the end the heating worked so we stayed besides the hot water problem. We won’t stay there again.
