About this apartment rental
The new East-West tram stops right outside the apartment, giving direct connections to Nice Centre and the Airport. The minimum stay in this property is 4 nights. This property has a lift, but please note that there is a small flight of stairs at entrance level and again when you exit the lift on the 6th floor. There is also a flight of stairs in the apartment from the 6th to the brand new 7th floor Penthouse bedroom (see video tour of this new floor in the photos below).

5 minutes walk to the old town, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes tram ride to the centre of Nice and 30 minutes from outside the apartment directly to Nice airport;
2 twin bedrooms (one of them en-suite); a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the 7th floor penthouse level.

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at the penthouse apartment in Nice. Upon arrival, the apartment was very very clean, the AC was perfect (France has been hot recently and we found the apartment to be extremely comfortable - even being from the US!). Even with an active port location, the apartment is quiet throughout the day and in the evening, especially with the ability to close shutters at night. Loved how the 3rd floor bedroom skylights have an external electric shade for total blackout while sleeping! The location allowed us to walk to old town, but we enjoyed being in the marina for a more peaceful feel especially spending time sitting out on the balcony. We also enjoyed walking to some of the smaller beaches near the apartment. We had easy access to the train for a day trip to Monaco (10-15 walk) and also the train around Nice and to the airport for our departure (right outside the apartment). Grocery and lots of restaurants right near the apartment or 15-20 walk to old town. We were very happy with our stay!

This apartment was fabulous. The most amazing location. Close to everything. I drank my coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the port. The host and the property manager were very responsive and had great suggestions for our trip. The air conditioning was great especially since we were there during a heatwave.

We had heating issues. And the flat was very cold, and the back up heating system in the living rooms did not work.Bedrooms on the main floor was like a freezer.Also 2nd floor bathroom needs a toilet paper holder.With international travels it would be nice if there were a few basic items left. We would have been happy to have this as a service.
