Confusing on why i needed 3 credit cards to stay there and they tried to say my family couldnt stay in one room of young children even though i heard teenagers partying in a room next door.

Was alright. Cleaner then other Canad Inns ive stayed in in the city. Staff was very very friendly. Bed felt like could be updated. Would also be nice if the HDTV's had HD cable to go with them so you could actually watch stuff haha. Small bathrooms. Did the job, would stay there again if was in the east end of Winnipeg again.

We got an upgrade for our room which was nice but it was not cleaned properly, bedding left in room, bathroom was not cleaned. The beds are not comfortable at all in 136.

Nice room staff member at the front was not friendly at all when we got there but checking out was a better experience.

We had the two bedroom suite. We found the room was spacious and definitely suited our needs. However, the room was warm. It would have been nice to open a window to get some air flow as the room seemed ‘stuffy’. The air conditioner was on, but did not cool the room down.

I had a King room with 2 teenagers and I tried to get a cot but I was told they couldn’t give me one due to fire code.
My room was not cleaned on 2nd day expecting to come to a clean room after a full day of shopping. I had to ask for bath towels. I had to use my hair clip to keep the blinds shut as blinds are old and clips missing so don’t hang properly.

Overall the hotel was good, staff was very friendly, food at the restaurant was good, pool was fun and the waterslide kept us busy for a few hours. We did have some loud ppl on our floor that decided to be noisy until about 3:00 in the morning and that kept us up. But besides that it was an overall good experience.

Building definitely showing its age. We noticed it has quite a "musty" smell throughout the halls of the hotel part. Our beds were pretty awful, the mattresses particularly. The pool area is nice, the waters nice and warm.

Manager on duty was terrible. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time of 4pm had to wait like 45 mins and she only offered us 1 $10 voucher to the restaurant. Stayed for 3 nights paid over $800. I don’t think she would have liked that offer if it was her and her family. She wasn’t very manager friendly either. Room of course wasn’t cleaned properly because they were in a rush. Weird people hanging out in lobby asking for money. Not a good experience our first time there and last time.

After staying there many times using my debit Visa I was declined to use it again so I found another hotel that accepted it and was greeted and welcomed.

Perfectly satisfactory place to stay. Has nice amenities like pool, fitness room, bars although amenities not used this trip. On-site restaurant convenient, serves hearty food with good portions, but seems a bit pricey.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. The rest of the hotel was clean. There was a restaurant onsite. The pool was a great addition

I didn't like the breakfast buffet ending too early on Saturday and Sunday.

It was just ok for me. Staff at the front desk and at altos were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was it's very noisy when someone above us had a shower. It sounded like they were in our bathroom. Beds were comfortable

The stay was great with the exception that they wouldn’t give us food coupons because we booked through Hotels.com However I booked the exact same way last time and received them.
