We loved the place

We loved our stay here and will definitely book again the next time we are in Florence. The staff were friendly. The hotel including the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a great location along the river and walking distance to the sights. It was quiet. The breakfast was terrific.I highly recommend including the breakfast. There is something for everyone. They had gluten free breakfast options incl ding gluten free breads and cookies. The restaurant did not have meal options for gluten free entrees so we ate our dinners elsewhere.

Our first visit to Florence and we were wowed by the property, location and service. The Breakfast spread was so beautiful every morning. The staff was wonderful and accomodating. The a/c could have been colder since we happened to visit during the European heatwave in June. Next time we will come in March or April.

Our visit was everything we could have hoped for and more. The staff, the location and just the hotel was amazing. Good breakfast too! Only thing is that there is quite a loud noise from the doors when they unlock, if you’re a light sleeper it might disturb you but it was not an issue for us :) hopefully we can stay here again when going back to Firenze. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special.
