Room was fine. Well located in the Old Town section of Split. No check in or check out information was provided. We got to the property and had to call to find out about how to get into the room. Several other guests arrived after us with the same problem, so we gave them the phone number to call.

You cannot beat the location. It is as close as it gets to the old city.
Downside is that it is 2 flights of stairs up and there’s no elevator in the building. The room itself was well maintained.
Difficult to reach staff - I attempted to reach out to staff via Expedia message and they were not responsive, had to call Expedia helpline. Once I got a hold of them, things fell into place.
Would definitely stay there again if I go back.

Great location and room but the customer service lacked. We tried reaching out to the property via messaging, email, and phone to let them know we would be arriving late on our check in date but never got a response. Thankfully Expedia customer service was able to get in contact with the property for us. This location also does not include breakfast despite it saying the “property’s breakfast is served in the annex building, located 150 meters away”. Overall we had a great stay despite these hiccups.

Had a difficult time getting the entry codes to these rooms which are on the second floor - no elevator. Fantastic location ; within a stroll of the sea wall - restaurants plentiful - just make sure you get the codes using Watts App long before you arrive.
