We felt like family from the help with transportation needs at check in to the offer of coffee on our early morning leaving to catch our flight.

Good renovation inside. Great staff and breakfast. Needs work on the exterior. Wilhelmshaven downtown is trying hard to build up. Cool
Old architecture.

I had a nightmare flight and so was arriving late to the hotel, after the front desk was closed. However I called ahead, the staff were very friendly and arranged for collection of my room key so that I did not need to stress about this. The hotel was very beautiful, very clean and I was impressed with the service, so if I visit nearby again then I would definitely use this hotel again.
