Location and room amenities.
AC automatically switching off and on during the night which disrupted sleep, but that might have just been a setting I didn't manage to adjust.

Check in was simple - I arrived early and was able to store my bag, and staff were friendly. Location was perfect for what I needed, just a 5min walk to Earls Court station. For London prices, felt a fair figure and value for money.
Flooring in the room had signs of damp

Great location! Close to tube and lots of restaurants and shops
Some of the cups and dishes in the kitchenette were not clean. Other than that everything was excellent.

Location was good. Close to tube station. Quiet area
Coffee area with free fresh pastries.
Room was very basic. In need of cosmetic tidy and update. Some peeking wall paper, sink shelf water worn and warped. Bin in bathroom not emptied from previous customer. No toilet roll. Rectified by reception and apology given.

"Excellent location! Close to Earls Court tube, places to eat, shops & a short walk to South Kensington Museums etc. And it's tucked away on a lovely side street : )"
