With its rustic charm and traditional farming roots, this farm is situated in a secluded location near Annaberg, offering stunning mountain views. Are you looking for peace and quiet, a relaxing vacation in nature, and a place where your children can make friends with animals and explore the mountains? Experience a vacation in a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. We can accommodate up to 10 guests, who will stay on the upper floor of the owners’ home.

Our farm is located at 970 m, in a quiet, secluded spot, about 3 km from the center of Annaberg, surrounded by forests and meadows with unobstructed mountain views.

The Payrhof is a real farm, just as you’d imagine it: with cows, calves, chickens, ducks, cats… In addition to our farming work, our goal is to offer our guests a relaxing vacation. 

Child-friendly—Since we have three children of our own, it’s important to us that families, in particular, feel at home here. Away from the daily sensory overload, your children can experience life on an organic farm.

A playground with a swing, sandbox, spring rockers, pedal tractors, and, of course, the giant trampoline are very popular with the kids. In winter, when possible, there’s a small bobsled run right in front of the house.

Our 35-square-meter vacation apartment for 4 people features a bedroom, a kitchen with a seating area, satellite TV + CD radio, and a shower/toilet. Breakfast is available upon request. Additionally, 2 double rooms with showers are available.
An ideal starting point for many hikes around the Gosaukamm range, including the Bischofsmütze,
and about 3 km from the Dachstein-West ski region.



Lammertal Apartment:

Our 35 m² Lammertal vacation apartment for 4 people consists of a bedroom for 2–4 people, a kitchen with a sitting area, satellite TV + CD radio, Wi-Fi, and a shower/toilet. The living area and kitchen are in one room. For groups of 5 or more, the apartment is expanded to include an additional bedroom. Upon request, it can be expanded to two bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. This cozy vacation apartment is located on the second floor on the west side, with a view of the Tennen Mountains and the Lammertal valley. Breakfast is available upon request. 



On-site costs: Includes electricity, water, guest card, parking, and use of the garden. Excludes local tax and mobility fee



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
