About this apartment rental
Very bright and spacious 2-room apartment on the top floor (elevator available). The spacious bedroom with a double bed and the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate up to 4 people. A crib can also be easily set up in the bedroom. The large rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The apartment offers plenty of amenities, including 2 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, Sky TV, a PlayStation II, a stereo system, and a telephone. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and separate dining area.
The complex also offers everything young guests could wish for.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.
You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a perfect family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-bedroom vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage.
