This hotel is in a great location, breakfast was amazing and afternoon tea a lovely touch, however we had room 10 which was above reception and the hotel entrance so was quite noisy with people returning early hrs and delivery’s being dropped off some days before 6am, we did speak to reception but unfortunately they had no rooms free to move us, I would return to this hotel however I would request a room at the back.
If you are a deep sleeper I’m sure you would have no problems.
Staff friendly and nothing was to much trouble.

Wonderful location and small intimate hotel with considerate and very helpful staff specially Paula. Our room had windows facing the Alcazar gardens with lovely views of large trees, flowers and different birds including peacocks:) Excellent freshly made breakfast choices - worth adding for a solid start to a site seeing day.
