In the booking it was not clear that this was a townhouse which is OK but we had to ask to confirm. When we arrived at midnight, the townhouse was cold and the heat was not working as you needed a code to turn it on. The fireplace was also not working. We called the next day and a repairman came over to allow access to the thermostat and to relight the pilot. Apparently, despite night temps close to freezing, we were in "summer" and shouldn't need heat. The property advertised a "hot tub" but it was cold when we tried to use it. Again, a repairman was sent over and the tub would not work as it needed a part. So no hot tub this trip. On the positive side, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is adequately equipped although the glassware is very heavy - more like flower vases rather than glasses. Location is excellent. We still gave this townhouse a 4 out of 5 despite these few issues. Communication was good.

Everything went well for our stay at this VRBO location. The host was prompt in terms of responses to any questions, the property was exactly as advertised and the amenities were perfect for our ski vacation. I'd definitely return!
