Welcome to the Eichbär Vacation Home!

The name symbolizes what awaits you here: Relaxation and coziness, but also activities and nature experiences—whatever suits your preferences.

The house accommodates up to 8 people and features 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds with a loft bed) as well as a sofa bed in the living room.

The sunny terrace with an awning is perfect for relaxing and playing; a grill and a parasol are also provided. In the living area, a pellet stove creates a cozy atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a hand blender and immersion blender.

Entertainment is provided by a 55-inch smart TV with streaming capabilities, as well as an Xbox One with games and two controllers. You’ll also find books and board games. The children’s room has another Smart TV (42") with a game console.

We’ve got everything you need for the little ones, too: a travel crib, high chair, bed rail, step stool, toilet seat, and children’s tableware are all provided.

Dogs are welcome!

Additional amenities: iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hair dryer, as well as reversible mattresses (medium/firm) and comfortable blankets and pillows for a restful night’s sleep.

In our park-like vacation resort, situated on the edge of the forest, you’ll find cozy, child-friendly vacation homes and apartments that accommodate up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, the Falkenstein Vacation Park is a perfect vacation destination for families. In the car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the kids’ club offers a variety of activities, including games and movie screenings.

Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located reception desk, our staff will gladly assist with leisure tips, take bread orders, or arrange wellness services.

The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.

From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
