Dear Guests. Our cozy, well-furnished apartment in the Falkenstein Vacation Park offers everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable vacation. The two-room apartment was newly renovated in April 2012 and can accommodate up to four people. The bright bedroom features a double bed at a comfortable height for a restful night’s sleep, as well as a spacious mirrored closet. A safe for your valuables and a flat-screen TV are also available in this room. The spacious living area features a comfortable double sofa bed and armchairs. For the colder months, a pellet stove with a striking flame display and modern infrared heating panels ensure a pleasant living environment. For entertainment, you can choose between a flat-screen TV with satellite LCD and Sky, or a stereo system. The dining area is separate. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric bread slicer, and toaster. It’s also well-equipped with a coffee maker, an espresso machine, and a stove with a ceramic cooktop. The entryway features a coat closet, a shoe cabinet, and storage shelves. The bathroom is heated by an electric radiator with a towel warmer. You can relax comfortably in the shower, which features an additional rain showerhead. A mirror cabinet with ample storage space, a separate makeup mirror, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a first-aid kit are also provided. The south-facing terrace invites you to relax in the sun or under the shade of the awning. You can enjoy the panoramic view while sitting on comfortable patio furniture. You’ll be staying in an approximately 60 m² apartment (including a loft) on the upper floor, which features modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere.

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom features a spacious closet and a comfortable box-spring bed. There’s also a practical fold-out bed on top of the closet.

In the modern living room, a comfortable sleeper sofa invites you to relax. A 50-inch Smart TV provides contemporary entertainment.

The bathroom is equipped with a spa-style rain shower and high-quality bathroom furniture. Warmth and a cozy atmosphere are provided by radiant heat systems and a wood-burning stove.

The sleeping and play loft is accessible via a staircase and is furnished with two full-size beds, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 people in total.

In our vacation resort, located on the edge of the forest and designed like a park, you’ll find cozy, child-friendly vacation homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, Falkenstein Vacation Park is a perfect vacation destination for families. In our car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content at the forest playground or on the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the kids’ club offers a variety of activities, including games and movie screenings.

Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located front desk, our staff are happy to provide leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or arrange wellness treatments.

The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.

From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
