Large house of 240 m2 composed of two apartments that can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people including 16 adults. A 3rd cottage located 200 meters away can accommodate 6 people.
Overlooking the vineyards in a fully fenced 13-hectare winery, our rental located 5 km from the medieval village of Les Arcs sur Argens at the foot of the Maures forest is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Many sports, cultural or tourist activities nearby: Provençal markets, river less than 5 minutes away, sea 1/2 hour away, Verdon gorges 3/4 hour away, Saint Tropez 3/4 hour away, Cannes 1h00 away.

The main house is composed of:
6 bedrooms, 2 with a 140cm bed, 2 with a 180/190 bed each or 2 90/190 beds and 2 with a sofa bed, 2 bunk beds and a drawer bed. Storage in all bedrooms.
4 bathrooms (2 baths, 3 showers, 4 double sinks), 4 toilets including 3 independent. 1large living rooms of 60 m2 allow the 24 occupants to be grouped together, however each apartment has TV, DVD player, mini-systems, tables, chairs, sofas, coffee table,...
All have a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, gas and ceramic hob, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, blender, mixer.
3 terraces of 40 and 30 m2 each with garden furniture. One of the 3 terraces adjoining the large living room is covered, can be closed with tarpaulins and accommodate the whole group

Large private covered swimming pool of 12 x 5 m2 fenced and secured by alarm and heated from April 1st to October 15th (21° minimum). Beach of about 100 m 2 with deckchair. The pool enclosure retracts completely in summer.
Due to too much damage, we no longer provide parasols but shade cloths.

Table tennis, swing, children's games and petanque court.

Baby equipment available on request: cot, high chair, booster seat, stroller.

Two donkeys on the property, Esteban and Lana will delight young and old alike who want to meet them in their park.
