About this apartment rental
The Wahlhausen Camping Oasis is nestled in the beautiful Werra Valley, right on the river of the same name along the Thuringia-Hesse (formerly German-German) border. The spa town of Bad Sooden-Allendorf is just a few kilometers away and, in addition to the cycling and hiking opportunities in the Werra Valley, offers local recreation, shopping, culture, and much more. The campground’s location right on the Werra River invites you to take a canoe trip through the valley. Likewise, one of Germany’s most popular long-distance bike trails, the Werra Bike Trail, runs right past us. The campground offers space for tents, RVs, and permanent campers. In addition to the restroom facilities and laundry rooms, you’ll find a restaurant serving hot meals at the Wahlhausen Campground Oasis.
The barrel is designed for 2 people. Bed: 1.60 x 2.00 m, including bedding. Electricity and heating are provided (inside the barrel). Optionally, the barrel can be expanded to accommodate a third sleeper. There is storage space for bags under the bed.
