Bright and inviting 3-room apartment on the 1st floor of a villa built in 1905–06 and renovated in 2009—located in the immediate vicinity of the coastal forest, beach, pier, and the Aquadrom wellness center.
What makes this charming 57-square-meter apartment special are its two balconies facing south and east. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
The modern living/dining room features a comfortable seating area and a dining table, as well as a TV and radio. Internet access via DSL with Wi-Fi or LAN connection (flat rate) is included in the rental price.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and waffle iron.
