We went to eat at Home Plate around 8:30 pm and our waitress told us to hurry and order because they were closing soon and the cooks were going to dump out the food for the day. That should have been our red flag to just leave! But we were hungry so we ordered a posole soup and some chicken wings. The soup was cold and the chicken wings were very cold. I asked for an extra plate and straws but never received anything. We let the waitress know the food was cold and she said the food must have just been sitting under the heating lamps for some time. Not wanting to get food poisoning, we asked for our check. Waitress said there was no check and apologized. We left hungry and disappointed.

Directions to oversized vehicle parking were vague and took us over 30 minutes and driving around time to locate! Never did find it and wound up parking off the property.

Our room was immaculate and beautiful, had a great view and was quiet at night. Never heard traffic noise or neighbors.

Are stay was excellent. Only issues we had was we left some clothes in the closet. I called twice to resolve this to no avail. Was told housekeeping called and left a message. When i checked my phone, I received no call or messages. Other issue was I was given wrong receipt to be reimbursed for our business. I requested an email receipt, so far nothing today. Could care less on the shirts, its just the fact I felt like was lied too. Makes me wonder if this is an issue with things being left behind. We never had any issues before till this one stay. We always enjoyed staying here and will continue.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Comfortable mattress and nice bathroom. We had a beautiful bedroom view, also.

Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel, clean ,comfortable rooms. Great casinos, i did see any large wins on slots. Not going to win a lot of money at this casino and crappy state law no alcohol on casino floor. I enjoyed my 2 nights, would highly recommend.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the tv, although working, had no channels to watch at all. Way too expensive. Much nicer hotels to stay in Albuquerque for much less money.

The room is ample and wonderful n so is the bed comfort but the pillows are to hard n stiff. My neck was in pain n after a long drive a stiff nexk is not what umyou need.

Room was great! *Karen part* pillows were too hard. Bed, you could feel the fluff points/ hard points… and the plastic liners.But no …bedbug's.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful, and the view of the Sandia mountains was incredible! My family and I had a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip back to Albuquerque!

The tv/satellite turned off late at night, I called the front desk, they sent housekeeping to fix it, it still would not turn on so i was moved to another room, plus in the morning I was given a food voucher.

Awesome. They did not disappoint. Very clean and rooms are so quiet. Everything was on point.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable although the view could have been nicer. I asked for a room that didn't overlook the parking lot and was given a room that over looked a roof with lots of heating and cooling equipment. Early morning was very noisy with people talking loudly, yelling at each other and doors slamming. The food at Juniper was excellent and the comedy show was alot of fun.
