The apartment is not air-conditioned but the bedroom is equipped with a very silent ceiling fan bringing a nice coolness in summer and benefits from a mobile cooler as well as an autonomous fan in addition you benefit from an outdoor BSO shutter to limit the heat. In the entrance are two bunk beds of one place, a kitchen area and a living room complete the whole.
A private above-ground parking lot is allocated to you.
