Welcome to Apartment 19 on the 1st floor of the “Seerose” building.
Thanks to its corner location, this family-friendly 3-room apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a window. The first bedroom has two single beds and a linen closet. The second bedroom features a large double bed and a large wardrobe.
The en suite bathroom includes a shower with a fixed shower screen, a sink, and a toilet.
In the combined living, dining, and kitchen area, you’ll find a modern corner kitchen with an oven, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as all the necessary equipment for cooking and dining at the adjacent dining table.
The living area features a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available here.
From the living area, you can also access the furnished east-facing balcony with a great view of the inland lake, Heiligenhafen’s old town, and the marina. Get in the mood for a wonderful day of vacation with a sunny breakfast overlooking the lake!
Your dog is welcome to join you on vacation here.
All of our accommodations are non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask that you keep the balcony door closed while doing so.

Welcome to “Seerose” at Steinwarder 1!
The apartment building is situated in a magnificent location between the Baltic Sea beach and the inland lake. A path leading directly from the building takes you just 250 meters to Heiligenhafen’s sandy beach, complete with a promenade, restaurants, beach chair rentals, DLRG lifeguard stations, and a beach lounge.
The condominiums, which vary in size and are individually furnished, feature 1–3 rooms and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
From the balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view over the water: whether it’s the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, the marina, or the old town depends on the specific apartment.
Both an elevator and a staircase will take you to your desired floor.
In the communal laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Each apartment comes with a free, designated parking space on the property. Bicycles can be stored behind the building, with some spaces under cover.
The large lakeside property with a well-maintained lawn offers direct access to the inland lake on two sides.
The main entrance is also accessible via two ramps.
