About this apartment rental
A villa nestled between the slopes of Mount Vesuvius and the sea of the Gulf of Naples and Sorrento.
Surrounded by the greenery of the family estate and just a few hundred meters from the town center, you’ll find a safe and peaceful base for your vacation in the province of Naples.
The archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Oplonti are just a few kilometers away, as are the beaches of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, the trails of Mount Vesuvius with its forests, and the city of Naples.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning (minimum 21 degrees in summer, maximum 21 degrees in winter). Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, desks set up for work, 32-inch TVs with Chromecast, and closets for luggage. There is a spacious living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofa bed, as well as a single bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with an excellent selection of appliances, plus a 50-inch TV, a Bluetooth stereo, a wood-burning stove, and a table that seats six people.
A large terrace with a stunning view of both Mount Vesuvius and part of the Gulf of Naples wraps around two sides of the house, where you can also dine in complete comfort, as it is equipped with chairs, tables, and outdoor curtains.
The villa’s courtyard features both a parking space (well-lit and equipped with surveillance cameras) and a relaxation area with a gazebo surrounded by greenery, complete with a barbecue and a table with outdoor chairs.
Within 500 meters, you’ll find: a post office with an ATM, a pizzeria/restaurant, a tobacco shop, a municipal playground with games for children, and the local Carabinieri station. In addition to all the other small shops the town has to offer: a supermarket, bars, a pet store, restaurants, and pizzerias.
Every Thursday, less than 200 meters away, there is a neighborhood market featuring local products.

Giovanni was a superb host. He was so helpful for how to get to the place and how to sort out tickets for Vesuvius. The house was really lovely and spacious and well equipped. Giovanni also helped us out with finding local restaurants and shops. We went in October and the weather was lovely. We bought an arte card at the airport which is really good for getting you into local attractions. The house is perfectly placed for a history and food trip. If we are in the area again we would happily stay here again
