Vacation rental in the center of Prerow, suitable for 4 people + a toddler (up to 3 years old) | approx. 54 m² of living space | First floor and attic | On the first floor: living area with a sofa, armchair, radio, and satellite TV; dining area for four people; open kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave), one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink; on the top floor, one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), fly screens, bike shed, one parking space, furnished northwest-facing balcony, separate sauna for shared use in the building (tokens; €10 for approx. 3 hours), bed linens can be rented for €12 and towels for €8 per person, non-smoking property, pets are not allowed, free internet access via HOTSPLOTS, shared barbecue area in the garden

For DEPARTURES on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the CLEANING FEE increases by 50%.

The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula is located between Rostock and Stralsund.
You can reach Prerow via the B 105, taking the Löbnitz exit and heading toward Barth, or the Altheide exit, then via Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and, in addition to its white sandy beach, offers many excursion options, such as the Maritime Museum, the Ozeaneum, the “Hanse Dom” water park in Stralsund, the Marlow Bird Park, Karl’s Adventure Village in Rövershagen, and much more. In the spring and fall, you can observe cranes. The surrounding area is perfect for long bike rides.
