Only stayed one night but the hotel was clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. I wish I would have had time to utilize the amenities. Overall, I plan to stay here next year as well.

The room was a nice room. The lighting around the sink was terrible for getting ready each day, which seemed weird. We arrived to check in at 3 and were informed we would have to wait 45 minutes. Consequently, we didn't get to check in until 11:30 that night, which was not our desire.

It was a great stay, but disappointed we had to pay for breakfast, so we didn’t stay for it.

The web site said there was a dining area, but it was no longer open when we checked in. Also a free breakfast would have been nice, as there were no close options for breakfast.

Most beautiful Best Western I have ever seen. Great cozy lobby area to hang with larger groups. Not a fan of the new breakfast model-but the rest was top notch!!

Despite several other posts - Expedia has not updated the listing to reflect that breakfast is not included. The cost savings for one traveler is likely enough that it was not an issue for me but it would have been bothersome for a family traveling.
Otherwise great property I’d stay again.

A man opened the door to my room while I was napping.
I inquired at front desk who would have key card to my room besides me. They said no one. I asked why then did a man open my door at 4:07pm while I was napping?
Their reply was so sorry, that must have been maintenance. Seriously? Unacceptable.

I like the location, cleanliness, and decor. I also like the little lake feature off of the dining area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We particularly enjoyed the back patio in the evening after an all day bike ride on the nearby High Trestle trail. It is a lovely setting on the pond. The bed and room were very comfortable

All was fine with room except the lighting in bathroom was not adequate (for putting on makeup, etc). Enjoyed the free breakfast (for our visit) -food was good and adequate (& better than expected).

The property was really nice. We could hear the people above us, but that is kind of expected. Overall, it was clean and our room was big and comfortable. Totally happy with our stay.

The location with the beautiful pond, outside patio, pool and cleanliness are A in my book! The pillows and beds were legit the best sleep I’ve ever had! The staff was lackluster- they were helpful if you needed something but not friendly. The lobby is gorgeous and is spa like. Sadly, the breakfast was overwhelmingly disappointing. Two plain cereals, yogurt, nothing much at all. No juice when we were there either, the kids didn’t have much to pick from. It’s a beautiful sunroom the breakfast food is served in, I wish they would provide a few more options and this would be my go to hotel in the area!

Absolutely worst customer service. The website is a lie, they dont serve free breakfast, you have to pay for it. If you dont request housekeeping a day in advanve they wont clean your room, but they dont tell you this. If you dont put your towels outside the door you wont get new ones and they dont tell you this either. The housekeepers are EXTREMELY RUDE AND CLUELESS.

Very clean and quiet with ample parking. For some reason, doesn’t provide pillows for sofa bed. Breakfast selection was a bit disappointing. No bacon, bananas, yogurt. Raisin Bran was stuck in dispenser. OJ was very watery. We had stayed at a Kansas City BW a week ago and it had more items, better quality.

We had a TV issue, other than that it was fine we just slept there to be close to family. Didn’t use any of the facilities. My husband did have the complimentary breakfast.

We live in room 322. The ice machine room is next door. The machine is very noisy. I were barely sleeping yesterday. I hope that will be a way to fix this problem.

Lots of road construction right now ~ slowed down the drive time, but still easy to get to. Very comfortable beds and it was quiet. Just off of I-35, super easy to jump back on the interstate in the morning.

Overall condition was very good. Very warming and inviting foyer. The only blight is the bathroom door. It was not very private for multiple guests in one room.
