Top dagen in Geneve met mooie zandstrandjes met tropische temperatuur.

Prachtige locatie aan de rivier de Rhone met tram 15 rijdt voor het hotel langs ..1 halte naar station. Gratis OV kaart voor hele verblijf ook overzet bootjes trein totaan de franse grens.

Eerste dag was een beetje lastig om kamer te vinden met veel toegangs codes en zo maaŕ later ging het wel beter.

it all depends on the room you get

The location is excellent: walking distance to the railway station; walking distance to the Lake. Positioned on the Rhone river

I did not like my room, because it was small and with an ugly view from the window. The advertising spoke of views on the Rhone river. I happened to see another room, and it did have a fantastic view and also a big size. What I did not like was the uncertainty of what room I would get. If I had known the difference, I would have paid the 10 € extra in order to get a double room, with that nice view and big size

Excellent value for money

Great location, near several bus and tram stops. Kettle and coffee/ tea, mini fridge in room, air dryer, and the room was a decent size for one person. Nice view. The room was nicely heated.

The reception is only open for part of the day, so guests can not leave their luggage after 4 or 5. This didn't affect my plan, but it has to be considered. The bathroom was small but functional.

Cute little Frenchy boutique hotel... great stay!

Loved the beautiful room and the comfortable bed

The shower was very small and not very comfortable to use. We've come to expect this from European hotels unfortunately. Also, we couldn't open our window without smoke smell wafting in from the street. Another occupational hazard of Europe.

What we needed!

The beds were really comfortable, had a really good sleep! The location was great, right in the middle of everything! Had an amazing view from our hotel room! Rooms were really spacious as well!

We couldn’t turn on the heating, luckily had blankets on the bed. The shower was extremely hot and couldn’t turn down. On our level it smelt like weed which wasn’t very nice.

Great location and views but a little tired.

We got a room with balcony and river view as requested. Great location. Check in instructions were good. Good heating. Was better inside than out but still very tired and 70s.

Cheap furniture that didn't suit the beautiful old property. Could hear next door's TV. Only 1 sachet of coffee each. Normally we'd go out for coffee but not at Geneva prices. No way to keep doors closed while out on the balcony which wasted a lot of heat.

Posizione ottima, stanza meno

La posizione è ottima, centrale, vicino al fiume e non distante dalla stazione. Stanza perfettamente pulita. Comunicazione pre arrivo per il self check-in molto tempestiva e efficace.

La mia stanza non aveva molto a che fare con quelle delle foto. Il bagno sembra una piccola capsula in plastica. Il riscaldamento non so di che anno sia ma i termosifoni sono molto vecchi e comunque spostassi la manopola, non si spegneva. Di notte era una sauna e ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta nonostante pioggia e rumore. Rumorosa anche riguardo agli altri ospiti: si sentiva ogni passo o parola, forse porte o muri sottili. Letto e cuscini scomodi.

The room is big and facing the river view. The location is just 8 minutes' walk from the central train station.

The toilet is very small just nice for 1 person. But the facilities are working well.

The shower door was missing a panel, not a deal breaker, just a wet bathroom floor No complimentary shower gel / shampoo Bathroom very small put perfectly usable.

Had a great stay in Geneva and at the hotel.

Location was great. Big room, good size bathroom. Receptionist very helpful and could speak good English.

Lots of noise in morning, 05:30, just outside window. Garbage trucks. Shower wall attachment loose.

Good location, but limited facilities

It was close to the city centre and its attractions.

Reception only manned for a few hours per day. Room needed refreshed. The bathroom was a plastic 'portakabin' type affair. And because reception only manned part time, there is no facility to leave baggage on departure, beyond 3.00pm

Not sure about the legitimacy of this place…

Impossible to park upon arrival, no access to hotel due to road closures & various diversions. No one at reception after 3pm, so unable to assist. Learning from our experience, we’d book just outside the main city, and have the 10 minute tram into the heart of the city. Our experience was that bad, we ended up booking alternative accommodation for the night & requested a refund from Booking.com as the hotel was inaccessible!

Inaccessible Still await a credit over a week on!!!! Booking.com haven’t contacted me as per telephone conversation on July 13th, very disappointing!

Short stop over in Genove

Very good location in vicinity of a railwaystation and old town. Charming old building and a clean room with a view to the river. Small fridge and a fan good to be. Ok for a short stop over.

Maybe the bed could be a bit more comfortable and a/c, but then it would not be only 2 star hotel..?

Amazing view from the room, very comfy bed and nice, clean room. Fantastic location, easy to reach everything. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Clear, detailed instructions were provided well in advance, which allowed easy, smooth access to my room when arrived outside the normal reception hours.

All good, except for the public toilets next to the entrance

Very good location. Clean room and towels.

The staircase right downwards from the entrance leading to the river. It acts like a public toilets. Parquet floor was squeaking loudly.

Great value for money

We visited Geneva for the weekend. Location of the hotel is great, very close to the old town and many stops of the public transport only a few minutes walk from the hotel (you get a free transport card so we used it on many occasions especially considering the weather outside was very cold). Our room was very spacios, tea/coffee making facilities, and the view was simply incredible. Staff helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend the hotel!

Amazing break and great free local travel in the trams, water taxis and coaches in Zone 10.

Fantastic location, helpful staff and great room with a scenic view of the Rhone. Breakfast advisory spot on .

F your plane is before 6am you need to order a taxi to the airport as the A1 -A6 buses do not go from Bel Air . The hotel however do book a taxi for you who is punctual at CHF 31 .

Very friendly staff and a great location.

The lady at check-in was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and had a fridge and kettle. The hotel is in a good location which is close to the center of town. Overall very happy with the hotel.

Our room had a strong smell of cigarettes when we arrived. I think it may have been from people smoking outside near the room, but I'm not sure.
