About this house rental
This beautiful waterfront townhome with three bedrooms 3 1/2 baths, recently renovated and beautifully decorated. 5-minute walk to downtown, restaurants, shopping, bakery, and the Naval Academy. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood and marble flooring, gas grill on the patio. Sheets, blankets, body wash, spices/condiments are all supplied as well as two off-street parking spaces. Pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Booked for 2025 Commissioning Week. *Please note- Commissioning week we ask for a 7-night minimum stay. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Pleasantly surprised to find a third bedroom on the ground floor...it was convenient for one couple not to have to climb the stairs. We Ubered everywhere and only had to wait a minute or two for one to show up. You can walk out on the piers and enjoy the boats tied up in front of the unit.

Our first trip to Annapolis was a rousing success. Our VRBO in Eastport was the perfect location from which to explore the downtown area. We were able to walk to dinner both evenings and since the Annapolis 10 mile race was being run while we were there, we were able to walk to Main street and watch the runners as they came through. Great location and accomodations.

This Annapolis townhome was the perfect spot for our family’s stay there. There were 8 of us total, after my sweet in-laws were able to come along on our DC area vacation, and I was worried there wasn’t going to be enough room for my teens since they like to spread out. It ended up being just right. Everyone still had their own space, thanks to the 3-story layout and the sofa bed.
And that amazing view of the boats and water was quintessential Annapolis, which made my heart happy. We could walk out onto the docks in the morning and enjoy our coffee there or on the outside patio.
Oh, and the restaurants and main part of Annapolis were all within a very easy walking distance, and the two free parking spots in the lot behind the townhome were sooo nice, especially when I saw so many other VRBOs with only street parking. It was easy and perfect.
Pictures look amazing but still do not do this place justice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice and classic location. Close to ( walking distance)
Everything we needed. Rehearsal dinner was at Black Wall Hitch on the rooftop deck. Very memorable. Easy walking to all of our guests with VRBO rentals in Eastport. Will come back again.

We came for a weekend with family and the townhouse is charming with amazing views right on Spa Creek. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. It is close to the main historic/shopping district (either a very short car ride or a 15 minute walk over a drawbridge which also had a great view). Designated parking was a bonus and we loved the bakery that was just a few blocks away for quiche and scones. Would stay again!

We were in town for a reunion at USNA. The Eastport location of this property was perfect. We were able to walk to almost every function, including the stadium for the football game. It is safe, quiet, clean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen and bathroom had all amenities needed. Communication with the owners was clear and they are easy to contact. Thank you for a wonderful visit and for all the good memories made while staying in your beautiful home!

Perfect location for annapolis experience and convenience to annapolis sailing school. Great owner communication. Kids loved the property. View was exceptional. Property was A+++.

The size and location were perfect--just as advertised. The house was cluttered with personal items: closets stuffed full of owners items--you couldn't even open the spare bedroom closet, things stored under beds & couches, many drawers off limits, owner's toothbrushes on the bathroom counter. . . I felt like the owner was going to come back at any moment instead of a rental that was just for me and my family.

Beautiful view and waterfront neighborhood
Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and main attractions. We loved being on the side with the marinas and historic, beautiful neighborhood. View from the unit is beautiful and everything was comfortable and convenient. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Thanks! Hope to return.

location location location
The pros of this property are
1)the host, Gil, who is very responsive and easy to deal with
2) The location for having a naval midshipman was great. We parked out car once and never used it the whole time we were there. We could walk to everything.
3)the view from the windows is beautiful
4) you can sleep many people ( we were only 4) but its big.
5) everything is well stocked included linens and fluffy towels
6) great water pressure in the shower
cons: the rug upstairs seems very old and the decor could use an update, but that is the owners preference. The pictures are representative of the home. I believe this is the owners actual home or at least it feels like that as opposed to a rental income which might bother some people.
overall the property is as described and you could not have a nicer owner.

Best Place to Stay in Annapolis!
Our hosts were super friendly and communicated quickly. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable with amazing views and a wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
It was such a fun place to stay that I turned down some outdoor activities to enjoy the home! We enjoyed watched the duck family who return to the floating dock each evening. We would love to stay here again!

Outstanding location with a beautiful view!
This was our first experience using VRBO and it could not have been easier. The property exceeded our expectation! Perfect location, we parked the car at arrival and did not need to drive anywhere. Lovely home, spacious kitchen and gathering rooms. Beautiful view and very convenient to all Annapolis and Eastport sites. Rooms were accurate, as-listed. Need to realize that the room with the double bed has substantially less space in it than the other 2 rooms, in addition to the smaller bed.

Perfect! The house is right on the water! It also has a cute little patio with a fire pit. There is a pool on the roof of the next building in season.
Owner was very nice and very responsive. The house was well decorated with very interesting pieces of art and very well equipped.
The water taxi could not come to pick us up at the house but could pick us up 2 streets away. This was very practical and a very pleasant way to go to downtown. We had a great time.

I enjoy the small things in life. Heated toilet seat and embossed toilet paper and the sound system are some of the small features that make you go wow!

Great spot for a Navel wedding
The property was as described. The view of the harbor was beautiful. It was easy to walk to great restaurants and the navy base. It offered plenty of space to for our family to relax in.
