Friendly staff, great ambience, and a nice solid breakfast. The location is great as well, near restaurants and shopping but just off the main street. The room was soundproof!
I did not see a lift and the stairs are a little treacherous, but just watch your step and be careful. No elevator isn't a deal-breaker if you're 1-2 flights up and ambulatory!

There are hotels that must be cherished and this is one of them. In a beautiful historical building very close to the Orleans train station, this hotel provides spacious and comfortable rooms with an optional but excellent breakfast. We loved the interior decor, the helpfulness of the staff, and its location. Highly recommended.

The room was just beautiful, very stylish and chic. The staff so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was lovely too, all in all a very pleasant stay indeed.
