Very friendly welcome and I was able to check in a little earlier than normal. The kitchen was clean and had good facilities. Quiet room and the bed was fine.
When cooking, make sure the kitchen door is closed as there is a sensitive smoke sensor in the hallway. I didn't set it off but saw the notice a little late.

The staff was very helpful and warm. It made all the difference
The washroom could have been a bit cleaner

The room was very clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable. The place is next to a tram stop, but you can also walk to the centre. The location was for sure a plus for us.
I don't have much to say. Maybe that we could hear the steps from the corridor. But that was nit too loud and quite expected from a hostel.

Location is accessible to go anywhere shop, food/restaurant. I didn't expect no hand soap inside the room, and we are the one who need to fix(ed) the bedlinnen, pillow case but I'm fine with it, I'm concerned incase the customer is so tired unfortunately they can't lying on bed as soon as they want because they need to fixed bed first. Patient matters😊
The tissue need to refill or check and bathroom should be clean since it's for everyone who used it. Is it possible daily to clean? And do disinfectant?
