Gorgeous pool and restaurant area. Amazing view of tamarin beach and sunsets. Food was great, staff were absolutely fantastic. Bed was huge and comfortable.
Loungers need replacing, could have some additional water toys. Rooms could do with an update.

Wonderful getaway from the noise and beachfront hotel. Access to beach. Swimming pool.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly, helpful & very kind
The cleanliness of the rooms is very poor,
the bath towels are stained, bathrooms full of spider webs and dead insects, the level of room cleanliness is low and this is what made me cancel the idea of visiting it again, even though it has the best and kindest staff and has the most wonderful location

The room was very clean and large , also a very large bathroom.
The service was slow , for lunch it was a la carte and we waited a long time for dessert , we had to ask several times before it came.
5.0
view and food on new years gala dinner
cockroach, insects, uncomfortable bed, things not explained clearly on arrival only when asked, food, coffee, drinks included on all inclusive package.

golf course.
beach area was poor. lack of good quality sunbeds.

Staff friendly, and every problem was dealt with professionally. Breakfast was fantastic and facilities were always clean and well presented. Free shuttle service to and from specific venues.
Charges are high and not negotiable. Still very strict on covid protocols, where in other parts of the world they are becoming less or done away with completely. Serious rodent problem, which are even able to gain access to the rooms.

Friendly staff.
Opportunity to do free introduction classes on golf court.
Free ticket to Casela (zoo).
Very poor hygiene / cleaning conditions, we had cockroaches in our clean towels.
Room had old furniture, needs some works done.
You can’t walk anywhere as hotel is far from everything, you will need a car.
The beach bar was “open” but no one was there if you wanted to change towels/ ask for a drink.
Food didn’t have much quality and variety specially for a 4 Star hotel.
Poor WiFi signal inside hotel and no WiFi signal inside the room.
No written information about the hotel services. Only verbal information is given on arrival.
2.0
Golf courts and availability to have some introduction classes.
Generally nice staff, warming people, even though they barely speak English.
Nice view from the main swimming pool to the front beach.
Shocking hygiene and rooms deserving refurbishment since early 90's ...
Found cockroaches in our cleaned and never used bath towels at the bathroom, and some others were found on sidewalks around the premises.
Human hairs found twice inside the breakfast bacon trays in the morning. Impossible to be from any guest as this trays are located at the grill table. Also, it was a exact match with the cook, strong thick black hair... (No hairnet protection is used by any of the staff).
Be aware this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, if you like to be bored, that's the perfect place you can be at. No matter what week day you are in, generally at 11:30PM the bar is being prepared to be closed.
I could also point that the food overall is poor, not a great buffet offer and really weak breakfasts where I was shocked to do not see many local fruits as lichies, coconuts, mangoes, etc...
Mauritius hotel accommodations are expensive, but think twice if you want to save some money going below 5 stars hotel. That's definitely a lesson to learn...
I could be here mentioning other bad aspects for all day, but all the above should be enough to keep you away from ruining your holidays.
7.0
The quietness of the place and the pleasant staff
No WiFi at all and if any too weak. The place is over 3km inside so adequate plans should be kept in place to have visitors commute to other nearby facilities easily e.g Supermarkets and stores
8.3
The staff is friendly, competente and very attentive. Especially Girish and Shashi from the front desk, Rishta from reservations and Nishal and Kevin from the restaurant made our stay memorable.
If you are looking for a calm site to relax with lots of nature around, you are at the right place. A small, calm and personalized resort with lots of green space and vegetation, which is very well treated and looked after. We liked the cleanliness of all installations and beds are of good quality, thus you will have a refreshing sleep.
Breakfast as well as meals are good and you have enough variation each day at the buffet (We stayed with half-pension).
The coffee which is served with breakfast is absolutely horrible. If you want good coffee you should ask for "coffee from the machine." If you want to have a snack in the afternoon by the pool or on the beach, the offer is very limited.
