Everything is clean and nice. The staff is very kind, they look after you and try to help with everything (like arranging transport from/to the airport, etc). We are very grateful.
If you prefer to explore Istanbul’s main attractions on foot, this location may not be the most convenient, as it’s not within easy walking distance of many major sights. We’d recommend staying in Cihangir or Karaköy for easier access to sightseeing spots. However, if your main goal is shopping around Taksim, this location is a great choice then!

The apartments are spacious and clean, the location is great and the staff is lovely polite and helpful, we had some electricity problems in our apartment and they didn’t hesitate to move us to another one that was bigger, everything was perfect I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in Istanbul

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was my first time in Türkiye and they made me feel very welcome. They also have a very cute cat in the hotel.
Nothing :)
