A wonderful stay from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, modern and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a longer stay. The location in Business Bay is excellent, close to everything yet calm and quiet. The team was warm, responsive and always quick to help. Great value for the quality. I would happily stay here again.
The only downside was that the apartment had no view. Apart from that, everything was really good.

The building is in a good position right on the canal opposite Bay Square which is very convenient for grocery shopping or a quick bite to eat.
The building is well maintained and the staff are friendly. There's a cleaning and turnover service that visit each day. The shower was amazing! There's 2 bottles of fresh water that are delivered each day too.
There were no pots or pans for cooking. There isn't a drying rack either for when I did my laundry.
The pool is quite nice, although quite small given the size of the building it serves, and the gym is small but adequate for most exercises, but the weights only go up to 20kg dumbbells.

I liked the fact that the object agreed to refund my stay.
We had direct view for construction site very close to the hotel.
