Clean , today ,great location

Lovely clean hotel lovely smell when you came in the door nice and clean and great location just around the corner lots of pubs and cafes

Nothing to do with hotel but I did miss having a pool to go up to and sit out but I had known had no pool.

Unresponsible

Everything was perfect in the apartment but the staff scratched our car.

We handed over our car to your staff so they could park it in the underground garage. At that time, the car had no scratches at all. We did not move the car at any point during our stay. When we collected the car to leave, it had a large scratch. Your staff claimed that the security cameras show the damage did not happen at your premises. However, we are certain that it did, because the car was never moved by us from the moment we handed it over until we picked it up. We therefore hold the property responsible for this damage, and we ask that you take responsibility and contact us to resolve the matter. We would also like a copy of the camera footage covering the entire period the car was in your care, from the moment it was handed over until it was returned to us.

Great location, quiet stay.

Perfect.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely apartment in Alicante, close to everything!

The location of the apartment is perfect. Close to everything. The apartment was very clean and set up very nicely for my arrival. The hosts contacted me to explain how to access the apartment as I was arriving outside of reception hours. All access is by keypad (very easy) which I appreciated as no keys or cards to keep track of! I felt very safe as a solo traveller.

Nothing.
