It is an older hotel, but it was clean and staff were very helpful, friendly and polite

Great place to stay if visiting the Ark Encounter. It was a good price and comfortable enough for our short stay, and the Ark Encounter was within walking distance. We saved $15 on parking.

The workers were very nice. The room was very small for being a "suite." When i made my reservation i thought it was a hotel, but it is a motel. The room was very cramped, and the bathroom is very small. Great breakfast though, but dining area was also very small. I give it a 7.5/10 rating.

Our room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms are older but we slept well.

The hotel looks nice, but our room needs a lot of work...The flooring is coming up, metal bed frames with sharp corners caused a lot of bruising to my legs, linens didn't seem fresh, bathtub was slippery, the room didn't seem very clean. The air conditioner had to be replaced since it wasn't cooling. Uncomfortable first night.

2024 price for 1969 accommodations, bugs, half the things in the room did not work

Barking dog in unit next to ours, Dog barked for over 2 hours while owners were gone.

It was good for the money. There is also a really neat Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot that is very very good.

Upon arrival we were pretty disappointed with the room overall. It was small and the bathroom was tiny. Bathroom tile was in disrepair and the bathtub drain didn't have a plug. No private area for getting ready to go out. Upside; Beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were generous.

Everything was acceptable for a quick stay for what we needed . Just very disappointed with the breakfast that comes with the room as a complementary.

We have a good experience the owner let us use there dining area since we are a group we have dinner together and owner are nice .and enjoy the motel wasnt bad like in the review closer to the mexican restaurant and Ark .Thank you Ms Nelum for making our vacation memorable for a group.

The front desk person was very helpful. We were surprised to have daily housekeeping. Almost nonexistent with hotel stays anymore. Clean and comfortable room. Good continental breakfast. Appreciated the help from staff in getting our luggage upstairs as there’s no elevator. Staff always polite and willing to lend a hand. Would recommend and stay here again. Within walking distance to the Ark Encounter.

We had a very nice stay. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was very friendly. They also had a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!

We were there to visit The Ark which was a Christmas Present from one of our daughters. It was very convenient to the Ark. The breakfast was small but was very good. The staff was great.

Fast, friendly check-in. Room was extremely clean and quiet. Great location and will recommend to family and friends.

Broken tile, mildew in bathroom. Broken ironing board, holes in the wall, and dirty walls. Beds were more like hammocks then beds.

The bed was so lumpy that I chose to lay across the foot of the bed which wasn’t so broken down. I covered myself with my coat. The floors in the bathroom had numerous large cracks. The flooring in the bedroom area has several boards that were separated and could cause a tripping hazard.
