Wonderful stay. It's close to everything, yet off the way of traffic. Clean rooms with attentive staff. Safe for the kids. Even has a (paid) laundry room, and a gym. Owner is on-site. My only complaint is that the owners cooking smells so good that it will make you hungry.

The building is old and could use a renovation, but its clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Bed is a queen and not terribly comfortable, but very clean. Bath towels are small, but clean. Perfect place for staying when all you need is a bed, a shower and a kitchenette.

Full size refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave made it easy to eat healthier than having to buy fast food. Plus an automatic dishwasher as well. Bed was suoer comfy. Shower was great. Just wish it had a hand held wand.

Hotel was phenomenal! Came with kitchenette, with dishes, fridge, dishwasher, and appliances. Room is a little dated and not a huge fan of the carpets but overall great experience for the price. I will definitely stay here again if in the area!

This room had everything i needed and more. If my kids would of been with me it would of been a great set up. The host was very friendly and made sure we was comfortable. The property was very clean as was my suite. Over all i got more then i was expecting for what i paid.. would return if ever in the area.

The property was nice. The outside of building was very nice and loby was nice. The building on the inside does need and update its getting up there in years and the carpet wont hold on much longer. The beds are old so they are a little tough. Really if they update the furnishing paint and carpet it would probably get alot of buisness. Also my biggest pet peeve was the billboard it missing a word and looks a little ghetto. But for a cheaper place to stay with a kitchen it was a good spend.

We ended up not making it the first night, and when we got to the hotel the second day, it smelled of cigarettes, dust, and fragrant oil. The furniture was old and uncomfortable and carpet was faded and had looked stained. The air wasn’t on so the humidity and smell hit you so strong in tha face when we walked in the room. We left and got another hotel. They didn’t refund us any money, and they didn’t have to. The attendant constantly told me that the manager wasn’t available and I would have to wait for her. This happened Friday when I called about not making it that day, but would be there the next. Then again when we showed up and there was an issue with our payment, even though I prepaid. The All has even fallen off the sign. It says Town Suites. It is a fine place to stay if you are just looking for a cheap hotel. I just wasn’t happy myself. I also don’t like a business that doesn’t try to make it right when you didn’t even stay at the hotel. Not one penny was refunded, and we were there for 20 minutes if our 2 day stay. We were gone before the start of our second day. The attendant made me go back to the room with him to see what I was upset about. Just uncomfortable all around.

Just say no! The owner lives in one of the rooms right next to the office. You can smell that Curry, or whatever it is, as soon as you enter the door and it is so strong. Hallway carpets are stained and dirty. Had to ask for room service. Had to set the trash out the door to get it taken out.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, staff is friendly. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but we would stay there again. Very close to Fort Leonard Wood which was a great bonus.

Nice quiet street made it easy to sleep. For those of you that travel for work and prep your own meals the dinette kitchen is a plus. Plates and cook ware are also available. These are amnesties you pay extra for in larger chain Hotels. Will stay here again and highly recommend those that travel for work do the same. Great place for the price they ask.

The room was huge with a lot of extras but the carpet was filthy, the TV did not work and the bath/shower was really messed up. It was a whirlpool tub that did not work and the water faucet did not flow into the tub but flowed onto the tub edge and ran onto the floor as it filled. There was a shower head but no control to divert the water to the shower head, so no shower.
