Slider door To bathroom was broken and non functional. Clock broken as well….not what we expected considering I’ve stayed there twice this year prior to this visit. Disappointed…..

Staff at checkin and check out was very nice. Hotel is okay. Nothing special. It is connected to hyde park, a nice steak house.

I arrived to check in and the hotel Night Auditor was not able to process my booking because Hotel.coms virtual card was nkt working on their system. I had to call hotels.com and only after being on the phone for over an hour, was i told that i could finally check in. By the time we were able to go to bed it was well after 3 a.m. I was promised a credit from a Hotels.com representative over the phone last night, but there has been nothing added to my account for this horrible experience.

Front entrance was closed due to a water line bursting but they have directions to another entrance. It was just cold and snowy outside so it was kind of an inconvenience!

This is like a gussied up midrange chain, but I really appreciated the gussying. The lobby has way more personality and flare than a Hilton Garden Inn, etc. The rooms were large but more typical. Area surrounding is highways.

I was in Cleveland for a 2 day conference. The satellite television lost reception in the middle of shows and movies and they were out of coffee in the AM. The service desk people were friendly but were limited in being helpful. My room was changed and I still experienced problems with my tv and ac.

Toilet was broken upon arrival so had to move all of our stuff into another room late at night. Other than that stay was decent. Nothing fancy and didn’t feel all that cozy but wasn’t terrible. Probably would stay in a more modern place closer to Pinecrest next time.

Could tell it was an older hotel that was a different brand hotel before but overall it was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and the room was very spacious!

Have stayed at this property several times. Sadly service has declined. Very slow check- in process. Staff not at all apologetic about this. Public areas and rooms don't smell fresh No coffee cups in room

It’s ok. Nothing wonderful. The room was clean. Couldn’t keep the shades on my window open at all since I looked directly out over the parking lot and the second floor is not high enough off the ground that people can’t look in. No diet Coke in the café, vending machine was out of a lot of things and does not take credit cards. Pretty much feels like a Holiday Inn. Connected steakhouse was great though.

The slide door of the bathroom is quite noisy. The elevator needs maintenance because it cracks a lot when operating, and feel unsafe.

I was only there one night, but the staff were extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. The bed and pillows in the room were so awesome and amazing that I have been online trying to order them since i couldn't carry them out of the room!

The room looked clean but obviously was not. The same day I checked out of the hotel I started to see red bite marks on my skin. By the time I reached home, I had eight bite marks on my skin; arms, thigh and toe. I went to my physician. She stated it was insect bites, possibly bed bug bites. She advised that I wash all of my clothes and suitcase. I am requesting a refund from the hotel. BE ADVISED.
