The front desk staff were friendly. We were very happy with the room - spacious and clean. Very convenient if you’re wanting to be close to the Denny Sanford Center. The noise from the airport nearby was minimal.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Dinner at the adjacent restaurant was good. My only complaint was the lack of good water pressure in the shower.

Property was awesome, everything in one spot. Only negative situation was the manager or whoever was running the place saturday night was absolutely not the person you want for customer service, very rude and standoffish.

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Sioux Falls - Airport is an excellent place to stay and I will absolutely return. The room was well laid out, comfortable, and extremely clean. Having a restaurant attached is convenient and the Crooked Pint has really good food. The restaurant overlooks one of the greens on the golf course and there is patio seating perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks outside when the weather is warm.
Everything about the hotel was first rate.
The only problem we encountered was our booking through hotels.com did not get entered into their reservation system. Thankfully, the manager (wish I could remember her name because she was great) was able to help us resolve the situation quickly and professionally. Sounds like we were one of the only times this has happened to them.
All in all a great hotel experience. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend this to anyone.

Very good motel, Iwish they had a stool in the room. I felt everything was designed for men. I had a hard time using the microwave and getting into bed (I am only five feet tall). Other than that everything was very nice.

Loved this hotel. It met my key requirements of clean, safe, quiet and a comfortable bed. Additionally, it's very close to a public park and next door to a golf course. This means there are great places to walk, especially with a dog. No breakfast but they did have coffee. Great value.

The property seemed very new and well maintained. There is a golf course on the back side of the hotel which offers a nice view for those staying in that side. The hotel is far enough back from main road that noise is not bad or would impact those wanting quiet.
A patio in back with a gas fire pit is nice for those looking to sit outside, especially when the temperatures are cooler.
For golfers, the South Dakota Golf Association is located within the hotel along with a Hall of Fame board. This area leads to the Crooked Pint, where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be had. If you decide to have breakfast there, note the menu is very limited but delicious.
We did not use the pool but it was well put together and offers a section for smaller children by having lily pads and two squirt cannons (low pressure)
Would definitely return in the future.

Bathroom has black mold in the shower. Tub wouldn't drain. Ask for video footage and was told that we can't see it. No continental breakfast for the cost.

This hotel was beautiful and overlooks a golf course. There is patio seating outside and a firepit. The only thing that surprised me was no continental breakfast, however there is a restaurant on site. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I love that this hotel has the futon couches so my family of 5 was able to spread out and no one slept on the floor. The only issue we had, which I noticed other reviews mention, was being charged by Expedia and the Hotel. Please watch your card statement. As soon as we saw the double charge we called the hotel and they cleared it. No reasons no apology. Keep an eye on your charges here.
