Easy to check in and out. Convenient to stay, play, eat and shop all in one place. Clean and the bed was comfortable.

I have traveled around the world no problem with the usual resort hotel fees etc, but all the added fees and auto 20% Gratuities and then some for on site food and drinks while I continue to pump money in casino is a little heavy and your definitely weighing down the average consumer who would probably stay an extra day or two but won't or return look at the bigger picture

The room was nice. The extra $33.80 charge to restock coffe, water, toiletries etc was a shock. Outrageous fee. I stayed 1 night. Ill have second thoughts about staying there again.

We love Resorts World but the staff at the front desk was dishonest when I arrived and that caused weeks of unnecessary back and forth.

Wish there were more restaurant choices

Great service upon arrival. A little disappointed that agent was not aware of ADA accommodations. Asked for a room with a bathtub was given a room with a shower. Too tired after driving to return too front desk. Beautiful room which required the request of an ironing board. The First ironing board was broken, then the second arrived after we gave up waiting. Overall nice weekend.

The #1 reason to get a hotel is to be able to sleep somewhere for whatever reason, be it and over night trip to the casino to celebrate a birthday, or a midway point on a long distance trip, or whatever the case may be, your goal is to get a decent nights sleep 8 It was hot as hell in the room. The thermostat was set at 69 when we walked in but, room temp had to be in mid 80s to lower 90s easy So we shut off the heat and went down to have dinner and game for several hours. Came back after midnight, STILL hot, and it stayed that way. My mistake that I didn’t think to turn AC on, and there’s no window. Think I managed to finally fall asleep at maybe 6am, but was awake again an hour later again cuz it was way too hot Oh, and it didn’t help that you could hear TV blasting in either the room next door or above/below ALL.NIGHT.LONG, through to the morning when we left Beautiful place. Clean, nice people. The steak house was way over priced for the meal. Got the filet and lobster. Come up to Auburn, NY and get the same and you’ll see how it’s supposed to be done. Also, gratuity should NOT be automatic if your wait staff is sub par. Our Santa suit waiter was surely not with anywhere near 20%, and items were delayed or never came for our order.. and DONT GET THE DESERT, too small, way over priced. Go down to DeFlippi’s when you leave. Won $2800 at least lol

The room we had is quite large and clean. But the TV is at a 90 degree angle and very uncomfortable to watch. The mattress and pillows are horrible. Very soft. Did not sleep well. There is no room service available. The restaurant offerings are mediocre.

Loved the cleanliness; the room was magnificent; very slow mid-week, so some of the dining options unavailable. Casino -- nothing under $25 MIN in play for BJ. Regardless, it was a great stay and an excellent value

It was a nicer than expected room

The mattresses were awful. The garbage pails do not come with liners making them unsanitary and hard to dispose. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser are reused and refilled not sure how many times wording which is which are rubbed out and not legible. In addition making it unsanitary when this is touched by so many people using the rooms. Even the cheapest motel gives you closed new bottles of Shampoo.When I booked a massage in the spa the locker and showe room was ice cold with no heat. Sauna was ice cold. Steam room was out of order. They charged an arm and a leg telling me all amenities were included but I could not use any of them due to what I just mentioned above.

Was a wonderful stay

Hotel was very nice. However, don’t go to the casino thinking you have a good chance at winning on the slots. This casino is by far the tightest casino I’ve been to throughout the US. You will not win period. The casino almost felt staged with people sitting at slots but not playing.

Very nice rooms. Most expensive greasy on-site breakfast in the 24/7 Cafe I have ever paid for !

Friendly staff . I was greeted with a warm hello. Very relaxing spot to go to . The rooms are very spacious. I love this place . I will be coming back.

Isolated location, not much else in the area

Arrive on nov 3 everything was ok until i reach my room king suite. Everything looked nice until i reached the bathroom and notice that the water in the toilet was a little brown..i didnt pay it no mind until later that night after a couple of flushes the water was still brown. The next day before my wife enter the shower i told her to run the water first just incase stuff was stuck in the water line..as she started to shower seconds later she screamed and say whats wrong with the water she then show me the rag she was using and from white it turned brown completely brown and told her to come out let it run..later that day we went downstairs spoke to the attendant of the situation showed her pictures of the situation and she said she was sending someone to look at it. Next day again same issue and left a cup in The bathroom sink with the brown water..this water was all over our bodies i had to make sure that while brushing our teeth the water was clear, didnt get into our eyes etc. For the price i paid to spend a weekend away it almost felt like it was a waste...no clean water a late checkout was offered but it wasnt necessary because we no longer wanted to stay there. We came home and the first thing we did was to shower.

I took my wife for her birthday. Everything was excellent across-the-board we are definitely going back.

Great spot to relax

Room was spacious and comfy with a beautiful view of the foliage outside. Really enjoyed the on-site pool, hot tub and cabanas.

Very nice place to stay

Loved the room. Perfect view of the mountains. We were on the 19th floor. Room was very clean and spacious. We stayed 2 nights and will be back.

Everything was nice. The room was amazing. I was not informed that i was going to be charged twice. First by Expedia and then the hotel and i had to wait a couple of days for a refund. I was not happy with that.
