The 44-square-meter ground-floor vacation apartment accommodates 2 people. It features a living room with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen—complete with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and more—leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The highlight of the apartment is the enclosed veranda with an adjoining terrace. Upon request, a crib and high chair can also be provided for the apartment.
Welcome to our charming Haus Sanssouci! Built in 1893, our house reflects the beautiful Wilhelminian seaside resort architecture that is so unique to the Baltic Sea coast of the island of Usedom. Here you’ll not only experience living history, but also the endless beach and the gentle Baltic Sea, which make this place truly special. The short distances to the bakery, shopping, and, of course, the beach invite you to explore everything on foot. Enjoy the peaceful and tranquil vacation atmosphere that sets in immediately as you stroll along the promenade.
Our vacation apartments range in size from 20 square meters to 90 square meters, depending on your personal needs. They are bright, welcoming, and comfortably furnished, so you’ll want for nothing. The kitchens are fully equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals in peace after an eventful day at the beach. In the larger apartments, you can also enjoy your meals or a relaxing breakfast on the loggia, balcony, or terrace.
For our active guests, we have a separate, lockable bike storage room in the courtyard to keep your bikes safe. And don’t worry—there’s also a spot for your car in our courtyard during your stay.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
