About this apartment rental
The house is located in the beautiful surroundings of Gallipoli. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet residential area and just 50 meters from the rocky beach with the area’s clear, crystal-clear waters, making it a comfortable place to stay and perfect for a quick dip as soon as you arrive.
It’s just a 10-minute walk from the center of Kallipolis and 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches that are Salento’s most famous attractions, which are connected by a convenient shuttle bus service.
Everything has been recently renovated in shades of white and sea blue and features a bright, spacious, open-concept air-conditioned living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious kitchen equipped with all amenities, including a washing machine, all illuminated by a window that opens fully to the sea view.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one large bedroom with a king-size bed (2m x 2m), one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a single bed, all equipped with digital and satellite TV. It features 3 full bathrooms, distinguished by three different colors: blue, with a large and comfortable double shower; green, with a single shower; and the smaller red one, also with a single shower, so it can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
A must for anyone who wants to experience Salento to the fullest in complete relaxation—a place of culture, good food, Caribbean Sea—don’t forget to try the fantastic wines, the pride of this wonderful land.
For those who love to have fun, Kallipolis’s nightlife is now famous throughout Europe, with a reputation for guaranteeing you a truly unforgettable vacation.
NOTE: THE ONLY REQUIREMENT IS A MINIMUM AGE OF 25, because, as you can see from the photos, the apartment has just been renovated; therefore, guests must guarantee they will treat the property with care and respect.
We also remind you that the balance must be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.

Really great spot. Daniela was very communicative and helpful, she met us on arrival to show us the apartment, and had left us some fruit and snacks which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is very comfortable and in a good location. Parking on the street was easy. It was warm in the bedrooms, but there were fans which assisted.

We loved the responsiveness of Fabio and the spaciousness of the property
So close to the water with expansive views from the living room
We were there during the heat dome of July 2023
A difficult time to visit. Perhaps it would be useful to have a fan supplement to the air conditioning
Otherwise perfect!
