Everything the key cards do not work I was locked out the hotel multiple times the person above me had dogs so no sleep because of the loudness, the vending machine took my money the water does not get hot the toilet runs forever and doesn’t flush the bedding was dirty, the person at the front desk was never there we had to wait and bang on doors to get it asked about a partial refund or a whole refund was granted and I was moved to a different room which was worse due to holiday staying was my only option I didn’t even stay in the room only to come change clothes ,couldn’t shower the whole time we were there and it’s very unsafe I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to the devil let lone another human

The Area

Everything,Where to start.. when I tell you I’ve booked through third party and couldn’t cancel because I’ll still be charged, the key card to main entrance didn’t work tarrence had an attitude because he had to keep doing cards over and over for guests. Tarrence stated to me, if I was tired of playing with the key card I should find another hotel, I replied I will definitely do that once my stay is over! It’s a safety concerning with three to four exit doors but you can’t enter due to the key card reader not working!! I called 500 one morning because I couldn’t enter so maintenance worker she not only had to give me another key it didn’t work and she had to let me in my room. Definitely a safety issue if you are working early or late nights. Also there were roaches. I have photos and video. Please by all means run away from this hotel location. The need to shut this place down and teach them about customer service., location is Ghetto at its finest!! Let me not talk about the potential harassment that’s video. Everything I’m mentioning I have proof!! BBB and other platform will know about this location.

There is nothing exceptional that stands out that I could say I like.

There is a lot of issues with the place and if I were to be picky,it would be a very very long list. Some of the following were noted. -overcharged for my room -room was dirty -door knobs didn't work in the lobby or any side doors -

The cleanest I've seen in a while the staff was great in a great location.
