A nice apartment in need of some TLC.

Great location. Superb views.

Old apartment. Tied decor. No air con. No WiFi. Bad cell-phone reception. No toaster. Not-working cooker hood. Broken clothes drying rack on balcony. Bedroom balcony door no opening/defective. No sink plugs. All tiled floor cracked and broken.

Old property that needs a renovation but it has Stuning views from balcony.

The view from terrace is stunning. That alone justify the price. Within 2 minutes you can be in a beautiful cala. Also you have access to the swimming pool. if you are more into long sundy beaches, just short 10 - 15 min walk and you can enjoy it The apartment is big enough for stay as a family for long period and close to the town main street and good restaurants. The ladies working in the 'reception' were reachable and nice. They explained all in details and did good job. I repeat myself, a glass of wine in that big terrace, jsut above the sea, can heal your stress inmi.

System: together with the calls and emails from the staff, which i appreciate, i received SMS from the booking system for payments, which can be very confusing and lead to misinterpretation. Apartment: - No WIFI. Please, note that is true is written in the description, my bad that in 2025 i dont bother to check that as I may assume that is the very basic thing to have in an apartment. - Beds: Drama. I really believe was the worst bed i even tried. - Sofa: direclty i will grade it as not usable. - Services: This is one of the points that was....strange to me. First, note that 200Euro credit is booked from credit card until the apartment is check. One of the conditions after return the apartment is to clean the kitchen. Im not even criticizing this fact, that...well...it alone i dindt like and it must always be included in the price, but what is crazy is that there is nothing within kitchen to do this task....so i guess expectation is that you buy it. In the toilett there are only 2 paper rolls. In our case we were only 2....if the family is bigger, then you need to bother yourself to buy it. Small details that are common all around the world as leaving some coffee, or some cold water in the fridge for the arrival, will def. be apreciated. Even some soap in the toilet. i do believe that with very small investments (new beds, new sofa) the apartment quality will improve a lot, but have the feeling that the intention is to invest the less and receive the most. It must be that i fully missunderstood the concept of apartment or have different expectations.

A GREAT location in a spacious apartment.

The reception was very friendly, quick and helpful. Location is right on the beach. Apartment was much bigger than expected. Private pool for building.

A little dated inside but clean and spacious - we were hardly in at all anyway. Beds were old spring style but comfortable enough after a long day.

Appartamento era grande spazio e in cucina era tutto il necessario. La visita del balcone era meravigliosa in particolare l'alba quando il sole 🌞 esce .vicinissimo al mare 🌊 si esce dal Appartamento scendi le scale e sei al mare 🌊.bellissimo posto

Su situación es estupenda. Está frente al mar, en primera línea y tiene unas bonitas piscinas. Además puedes ir caminando a comprar o dar largos paseos bordeando la costa o por su avenida principal. Un pueblo tranquilo. En esta época, se podía aparcar al lado de los apartamentos sin problema.

El estado de la terraza. La fachada necesita una reparación integral. El horno no funcionaba.

Lo mejor son las vistas y la zona.

Faltaban SILLAS de exterior, algunas camas de muelles incómodas, paredes y ventanales MUY deteriorados.
