The property is new and there is everything that you need, even a washing machine and coffee maker. You could walk along the bay to the Old Town.
Its really noisy in the apartment even at night time, because it situated so close to the busy road.
If it’s bother you, you should sleep with closed windows and AC on, otherwise it could be hard to sleep properly

Nice location near the promenade close to restaurants and swimming and 15 minutes walk to the Kotor Old Town. Host Sandra welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and gave good instructions to the place and parking, even sending a video of how to get to the promenade.
We arrived on a Friday night and the traffic noise from the busy road was quite loud.

Privé parking. Ruim appartement met terras. Dicht bij baai en op wandelafstand van de oude stad. Goede communicatie met verhuurder. Dupermarkt aan overkant straat.
Verblijf ligt langs vrij drukke baan, maar wij hadden er geen last van.

Our host, Sandra, was exceptionally kind: we arrived a bit early, but she let us into the apartment, and she already wanted to change our towels on the second day. We could see the sea from the terrace, we were given our own private parking space, and towels, bed linen, dishes, and spices were all provided. Through the back gate, the shore is just 100 meters away, while the beach and the supermarket are 400 meters. The sea, the mountains, the town, and the surrounding area are beautiful. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
I can't say anything negative at all.
