The hotel looks very dated for the price. I asked front desk for extra bedsheet and they didn’t have service to bring. I had to go get it.

Some of the furniture in the room was falling apart and hit me in the head and I have a mark from it. It was a minor hit so no need for follow up. The breakfast was the most disappointing.

Staff at the front desk isn’t friendly. No mention of pool hours, check out time, or breakfast hours. The pool is small and only has ladders to get in and out which makes it difficult for older people and those with physical limitations to use the pool. I found a dirty sock on the bathroom floor when we first got to our room. Not sure how housekeeping missed that. The drawer for the nightstand had garbage in it. Blanket on the bed had a hole. The temperature control for the shower would only turn halfway and stopped at lukewarm, so that made for uncomfortable showers. The whole building needs some TLC. The only pluses were that the hotel is right near the interstate and the bed was comfortable. I would not stay there again.

The television didn’t work front desk manager couldn’t make it work or did she try to accommodate us. We were put in a room under some sort of housekeeping area. Had to call front desk to ask them to quite down it was 7am. Had to cancel second day stay due to family emergency called the hotel and cancelled but now I’m not able to get my refund! This has been the worst experience ever dealing with any hotel.

The hotel is nice on the outside , the front office gentleman was not very personable at all just look at my id and pushed me along my way of course I booked my room 3 rd party my room was not bad but the heat was not working at night it was very loud parties all night hallways the works check out was easy

i booked room that was suppose to have little kitchette with microwave built in and sink and refreig but did not get the room i booked and i will never go back there and stay again

I believe this was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at! Walls had god knows what smeared in several spots. Bathroom was not clean! Shower curtain was ripped and again walls were covered in dirt!
I normally would not write such a bad review but like I said this was the dirtiest place I have stayed.
I knew I should have taken photos, I wish I did!

The first room we were given smelled horrible. We eventually found a garbage can that wasn't emptied with dirty diapers. We were moved to a different room which had a joining room with some partiers that were up all night. Staff were not friendly, the one at check in didn’t even talk. The whole place had a smell to it and needs some updating. Overall experience wasn't the best so I wouldn't stay again but I've seen reviews that have stated otherwise so I'm not sure what others enjoyed.

While Check-in the lobby of the hotel stunk. Got our key card to the room and wouldn't work. Maintenance helped us to get in to our room. Said "it was normal, Its old locks just do it a couple times and it will work." Room stunks like mold, dirty pillow cases and headboard had smeared stains across. Bathroom had calcium build up in the tub and shower heads. Never unpacked and booked a different hotel and checked out with in 30 of checking in.

Although amenities were there, quality was mediocre as might be expected at this line of hotels. Gym area was open to the pool area, so was humid and not comfortable to exercise. The hotel room itself had musty smell, so suspect there was recent water damage issue? Otherwise, it did seem clean. The breakfast was good with coffee, juices, mini-pancake maker, eggs and sausage as mainstays.

TV didn’t work, no coffee, sketchy clientele and noisy parking lot. Comfy bed but not friendly and over priced, tired out property. Keep searching unless well under $100

You could tell the room was only bare minimum cleaned. There were brown marks on the wall by the toilet. A drink had splashed and dried on the headboard. The walls are scuffed and need painted. There are rust marks around the tub and floor. The fitted sheet had a big burn mark. Not sure things are maintained as they should be. It was hot in the hotel too.

Ck in was easy, fast and staff very friendly. Gave us a list of restaurants. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.Thank you

The hotel was fine for our needs. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was a little too cool, and it is not handicap accessible - only ladders to get into the pool, which is hard when you are older. Breakfast was a decent variety, including fried eggs and sausage, plus make-your-own waffles. Yogurt on Sunday but not Monday. Hall carpeting was stained. Main desk wasn't always manned.

The heating and AC controls on the room ( both wall and wall unit) did not work so the unit ran non stop and kept me awake blowing air until 2 am when I finally just unplugged it. A shame because the bed was really comfortable. Also don’t understand when the reservation is for 3 people why they only put out shampoo for 1.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work I couldn’t check my emails or do any work. The tub was dirty I asked to be moved to different room they didn’t move me. The breakfast was garbage juice was water down not much to choose from

Beds were very comfortable. My auntie wandted to take the bed home with her lol. That wasn't gonna happen. Well the room had a smell. Front desk people didnt seem Happy. But the gentleman that took care of the breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. Other than that 4.5 stars.

Room was filthy. A thorough wipe down showed that surfaces must rarely be cleaned. Toilet seat was broken. Smelled like weed as soon as the elevator opened to the second floor. Didn’t end up staying - found another hotel around the corner. Didn’t bother complaining because it didn’t seem like anything would be done.

I thought the customer service of all the employees I encountered was excellent. The only issue I had was with the condition of the room.
