About this apartment rental
The Châlet Studio is a cozy studio with wood paneling and everything you need to feel at home. The Amselhof country house is an elegant property built in the style of a Black Forest farmhouse with a hipped roof. Your vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of the annex. A staircase leads to the Châlet Studio via a separate entrance. It is furnished with a kitchenette, a dining table with two chairs, and a French double bed. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a walk-in closet. Garden furniture is available for our guests in the garden. In the spa area, you’ll find a Finnish sauna, a library, lounge chairs, and showers; next door is the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. Hiking trails pass right by the front door; the Adler ski jump is within walking distance, and the lively town center and train station are both easily reached on foot. In summer, various lakes and water parks are easily accessible; in winter, ski lifts and cross-country trails in Hinterzarten as well as in the numerous winter sports areas in the surrounding region.

TOURIST TAX:
We are required to remit the tourist tax collected from guests to the municipality. Per person/night €2.90, children ages 6–15/night €1.20, payable at the accommodation.
DOG:
We charge a service fee of €15 per dog. If you bring more than one dog, this fee for the second dog must also be paid at the accommodation, as Vrbo only allows one dog to be included in the online booking.
EXTRA BED:
For extra beds that exceed the standard occupancy, we charge a service fee of €20. This fee is a one-time charge for children up to 16 years of age; for guests 17 years of age and older, this fee applies per night.
